PA (page authority) and DA (domain authority) are two very important factors in finding the quality of any expired domain or website in real time. 


Moz introduced DA and PA, and you can see them in Open Site Explorer. You can use these domain permission checkers to check the statistics of the domain you want to buy. If you purchased an expired domain name, be sure to check and try to obtain a DA 25+ domain name at the same time. 

 

2. Always check the domain with Google’s prohibition checker. 

You may find a domain with high PA, DA and very attractive, but if Google has banned it from the search engine, this is useless. Use Google's ban checker to check the domain and make sure it is not banned. 


Note: If the domain name is too good and you want to buy it anyway, even if it is banned, you can use Google’s review request to ask them to unban the domain name.
